Dishaya / Loan Project Report
A Bank-Ready Project Report, Worked Out From Your Numbers
For PMEGP, Mudra, CGTMSE and regular bank loans. Enter your costs, products and running expenses; get the full project report a loan officer expects, with every figure calculated, not guessed.
What You Get
- Cost of project and means of finance. Your contribution, the bank loan and, for PMEGP, the margin money subsidy, with the scheme's cost limits applied.
- Five-year projections. Sales, raw material, wages, overheads, depreciation, interest, tax and cash accrual, year by year.
- Repayment schedule. Moratorium, monthly instalment and the reducing balance, year by year.
- The ratios banks look at. DSCR, break-even and payback, with a plain warning if any of them would worry a loan officer.
- The written sections. Executive summary, promoter profile, market, technical feasibility, SWOT, implementation and employment, in English, Hindi or Odia.
Download it as a Word file you can edit, or as a PDF.
Why The Numbers Hold Up
Every number in the report comes from a calculation, never from AI writing. The figures you see on screen while you type are the exact figures that land in the report, so the cost, the loan, the instalment and the ratios always agree with each other. The writing around them is drafted for you, and it is not allowed to invent figures of its own.
Who It Is For
- First-time entrepreneurs applying under PMEGP through KVIC, KVIB or DIC.
- Small businesses applying for a Mudra loan (Shishu, Kishore, Tarun) or a CGTMSE-backed loan.
- Consultants and CSC operators who prepare project reports for clients.
Honest Limits
Scheme rules, interest rates and subsidy percentages change. Confirm them with your bank branch or the implementing agency before you submit, and have a chartered accountant review the projections if your bank asks for it. The report is a strong, complete draft built on the numbers you enter; it is only as good as those numbers.
Questions
What is a project report for a PMEGP loan?
It is the document the bank and the implementing agency (KVIC, KVIB or DIC) use to assess your project: the cost of the project, how it will be financed including your own contribution and the margin money subsidy, five-year projections of sales and profit, the repayment schedule and ratios such as DSCR and break-even.
Does it work for Mudra and CGTMSE loans?
Yes. Pick PMEGP, Mudra, CGTMSE or a regular bank loan. For Mudra it also tells you which category (Shishu, Kishore, Tarun or Tarun Plus) your loan falls in.
Can I edit the report?
Yes. Download it as a Word file and edit anything, or change your inputs and build it again.
