Dishaya / Terms Of Service

Terms Of Service

Plain English, no surprises. If something here reads unfairly, tell us and we will fix the term, not lawyer past you.

DRAFT FOR REVIEW · Effective date to be set on publication · [email protected]

These terms are a working draft prepared for founder and legal review. They describe the service accurately but are not yet in force.

1. What Dishaya Is

Dishaya is an intelligence service: you ask questions and Dishaya produces answers, verified research reports, documents, and presentations. Some answers run on our cloud; if you install the app, some can run entirely on your own device.

2. Your Account

You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. No password exists, so keep your inbox secure; anyone with access to your email can access your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your Content And Your Work

4. Verification, Honestly Framed

Dishaya's research checks claims against their sources before writing them, and labels each claim (verified, partial, unverified, contradicted). This is a rigor tool, not a guarantee of truth: sources themselves can be wrong, and you remain responsible for decisions you make using any output. Do not treat any output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without a qualified human review.

5. Plans, Payments, And Refunds

6. Fair Use

Allowances and rate limits exist so the service stays fast and affordable for everyone. Automated abuse, attempting to extract our internal systems, reselling access, or circumventing limits may lead to suspension. We will warn you first unless the abuse is severe.

7. Service Changes And Availability

Dishaya is in active development and evolves quickly. We may change features with notice for material changes. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your work.

8. Liability

If something goes wrong and it is our fault, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for Free users, that is zero, so please weigh that when relying on outputs). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. None of this limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, though we will always try to resolve issues directly with you first: [email protected].

10. Changes To These Terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
