How Hiring Works Here

Every role below carries one of two badges. Active means we are interviewing for it right now. Founding Talent Network means the role is real and mapped, we are not interviewing yet, and we want to meet you before we are: when the role opens, the network hears first. No role on this page is a fake funnel.

The Mission

AI became fluent before it became checkable. Dishaya closes that gap: one question in, a client-ready report, deck, and source ledger out, with every claim carrying its verdict and its source. The ten-year aim is simple to say and hard to do: make "Verified by Dishaya" a mark a reader trusts before they read.

How We Work

The Interview Process

  1. Intro conversation. Thirty minutes. You learn the honest state of the company; we learn what you want to build.
  2. Craft deep-dive. A real conversation about work you have shipped and the decisions inside it.
  3. Working session. A small, paid, scoped exercise close to the real job. Never spec work we ship.
  4. References and offer. Fast, with a clear written offer and no exploding deadlines.
